The Hearts Behind Spiral

We are Bob and Dean.

 Spiral began as a physical space — a small store where crystals, cacao, candles, and carefully chosen pieces were gathered and shared with a community of people drawn to intentional living. When our Store lease ended, the doors to the store closed, but the heart of Spiral never did.

Today, Spiral continues online as a Sacred Apothecary, sharing the things we love and the feeling that has always been at its heart.

We are drawn to the beauty and presence of natural things, and to the simple ways they can help us pause, reconnect and create meaningful moments in everyday life.

Alongside our online collection, we continue to share cacao through ceremonies within our community — creating welcoming spaces to slow down, connect and simply be together.

Spiral continues to evolve, but at its heart remains the same — a love of beautiful things, meaningful connection, and finding the sacred woven gently through everyday life.

 Our shared journey has been shaped by a love of ceremony, meaningful connection, and the quiet beauty found in everyday moments. Drawn to the natural world and the pieces that help create spaces of calm and intention, we created Spiral as a reflection of the things we value most.

 Spiral is an expression of our way of living. It is an invitation to surround ourselves with beauty, to honour simple moments, and to cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

 Alongside Spiral, I have the privilege of working as a celebrant through From the Heart, where every ceremony is a story. Whether it's the joining of two hearts, a gentle farewell, a sacred gathering, or a new beginning, each moment deserves to be held with love, care, authenticity, and meaning.

 With deep respect for all spiritual paths, cultures, and traditions, I work alongside individuals and families to create ceremonies that honour their unique story and reflect what matters most to them.
